Network Management

Your organizational success depends on whether your employees have quick, easy and reliable access your organization's network. In today’s fast-paced world, you can’t afford to lose time or money because of a poorly designed IT network.

Network Implementations

Morrison IT Solutions creates and maintains the proper IT network implementations for your small business or nonprofit. We approach network design by first capturing a full picture of your needs and wants, and then building out a fully functioning, customized, secure and long-lasting network environment that combines hardware with design—all within your budget.

Plus, our technicians work behind the scenes, so there is little disruption to your day-to-day productivity.

Our team is understanding that your network needs to be setup in a way to support the wide variety of functions your organization requires.  We offer the ability to set up a local area network (LAN) which connects computers and other devices that are within a relatively small and defined geographical range.

Our technicians can also implement a wide area network (WAN) that covers a broader geographical area than LAN or a wireless local area network (WLAN) that allows you and your staff to connect to your network without plugging in.

After analyzing your internal systems, we will make recommendations on the design of your network to ensure full satisfaction and minimal disruptions.

LAN

A Local Area Network connects computers and other devices that are within a relatively small and defined geographical range.  An example would be your home or office building.

We provide secure core and edge switching so that the network and all devices can connect to one another.  Through our managed LAN services, our engineers monitor your network and devices to detect any issues and improve performance.

WAN

A Wide Area Network covers a broader geographical area than LAN.  We offer multi-site and router configurations so that your team can connect with each other and your network from a variety of locations.  Through our managed WAN services, our technicians monitor your wide area network to detect any issues and improve performance.

WLAN

Wireless Local Area Networking allows you and your staff to connect to your network without plugging in.  WLAN supports nonprofits that operate on the bring your own device (BYOD) model, allowing employees to use their personal devices in lieu of company issued ones.  Our WLAN services adhere to 802.X wireless standards.
